Building Blocks for Birth (6 session birth course)
This six-week, in-depth course (18 hours total) gives expectant families the tools, knowledge, and confidence to prepare for birth and early parenting. Each class blends evidence-based information with hands-on practice, relaxation techniques, and group discussion.
Small group, in-person classes for birthing person and their support person(s). With this course, you will feel confident and excited for the birth of your baby.

Cost: $0, Donation to Lactation Scholarship Fund appreciated
Breastfeeding is natural, but it doesn't come naturally. You need some solid information to get off to a good start and avoid common challenges. Families that prepare for breastfeeding with education are much more likely to reach their goals. We have lots of clients who are feeding only breastmilk at 6 months and then coining to provide breastmilk to their baby for 12 months and beyond. Class is FREE

Let's celebrate each other. With 14 years supporting growing families through childbirth classes, doula care and lactation we have so many clients in the community, and we miss you.
