Breastfeeding is natural, but it doesn't come naturally. You need some solid information to get off to a good start and avoid common challenges. Families that prepare for breastfeeding with education are much more likely to reach their goals. We have lots of clients who are feeding only breastmilk at 6 months and then coining to provide breastmilk to their baby for 12 months and beyond. Class is FREE
Doula Speed Date
If you are pregnant and curious about hiring a doula, this is for you. You will have the opportunity to meet several doulas all in a matter of 90 minutes with a speed dating format. Free to attend!
Summer Crunch Birth Class
This weekend intensive is for families that don't have the time for our full course and those that just need a birth refresher. Don't worry- we are packing this full of good content.
