Pregnancy Pop-Up, Support Group

Pregnancy is a season filled with questions, choices, and big emotions—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us for a relaxed, welcoming gathering where pregnant women can connect, share, and prepare for birth in a supportive, judgment-free space.

This is a place to ask real questions, talk through options, share updates, and hear from others who truly understand what this season feels like. Unlike quick, clinical appointments or well-intended (but often scary) stories from others, this group is centered on thoughtful conversation, evidence-based information, and genuine connection.

As your baby bump grows, so can the noise around you—advice, opinions, and birth stories you didn’t ask for. Even with all the attention, pregnancy can still feel isolating. This group offers a chance to slow down, be heard, and feel supported as you prepare for birth and early parenthood.

Pregnant individuals are welcome to attend on their own or with a partner. We also welcome those who have already given birth and wish to reflect on or process their birth experience.

Professionals who support pregnant families—such as doulas, mental health providers, pelvic floor therapists, and others—are also warmly invited to join the conversation and connect with the community.

Come as you are. You belong here.
