Course Structure: TThis six-week childbirth course is more than just a class—it’s a hands-on, supportive workshop designed to prepare you and your partner for a confident, informed, and connected birth experience.
Each 3-hour session combines thoughtfully curated, evidence-based information with real-world practice. We don’t just talk about birth—we work through it together. Through small group discussions, planning worksheets, relaxation exercises, and birth position practice, you’ll actively apply what you’re learning. You’ll also enjoy time to connect with other families, laugh, share snacks, and build a community that often lasts well beyond the final class.
This course offers a welcoming space to explore both the joys and challenges of pregnancy. We check in each week after prenatal appointments, celebrate milestones, and hold space for fears or uncertainties. Many participants leave with not only a deeper understanding of birth, but lasting friendships as well.
