Difference from Building Blocks for Birth: Unlike the Building Blocks for Birth course, which includes interactive exercises, planning, and a deeper dive into birth preparation, the Crunch Time Course focuses more on delivering essential information efficiently due to time constraints. The comprehensive course offers more hands-on activities and support throughout the process.

Target Audience: This course is ideal for families who need to quickly prepare for birth, such as those with busy schedules or those who sign up later in pregnancy.

Cost: $325. Includes 3 small group, personalized class sessions, binder packed with resources, worksheets and more, access to video library, book Giving Birth with Confidence.

We accept HSA and FSA. No Payment needed to register, make payments on your own schedule online. Must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to start of class.
