Building Blocks for Birth
This is a comprehensive, in-person childbirth education program designed to prepare expectant parents for a positive and confident birth experience. Here's a brief overview:
Course Structure: The course consists of six 3-hour classes spread over two months, providing a total of 18 hours of instruction. The classes include a mix of informative content, practical exercises, and group discussions. Each session includes videos, planning worksheets, relaxation exercises, and birth position practices to help participants actively apply what they've learned.
Content: Topics cover a range of important subjects for childbirth preparation, including early labor, coping techniques, labor positions, postpartum planning, and baby care. Private Childbirth Class
