Leave the fear behind and invite more joy and love into your birth experience. A lively, hands on class, for both you and your partner. You will know what to expect and have a plan for each stage of labor.

Partners encouraged to attend, but you are also welcome to come alone. Dress comfortably as we may tryout some various birth positions.
